 Pool
This 25 by 50 foot swimming pool is between 3 and nine feet deep, with a deck area for lounges, chairs, tables and umbrellas. It is a focal point of relaxation and fun throughout the summer months. The pool now utilizes a Chlorine Generator that has decreased environmental impact, tactile improvement of water quality, consistent chlorine levels, and less harsh sanitizer on plaster finishes and pool equipment. |

May 25th - June 14th
Weekday hours 3:00pm to 7:00pm
Weekend and holiday hours 10:00am to 8:00pm
June 15th through September 2nd
10:00am to 8:00pm
Two weekends after Labor Day
12:00pm to 6:00pm

Staffed by a lifeguard, the pool is open during the season, with times varying as scheduled. Pool passes are available upon submission of an application, for on-site residents and their guests. Applications are mailed annually.
DO NOT return last year's pool passes. Specific information was mailed to all homeowners in March but essentially there will be two phases:
— Pool/Parking Registration Forms must be received from all residents no later then April 26, 2013 TO AVOID A $5.00 LATE FEE
— Pool passes may be picked up in the Association Clubhouse on the days listed below: MONDAY, MAY 13, 2013 - FRIDAY, MAY 17, 2013 8:30-5:00 MONDAY, MAY 20, 2013 - THURSDAY, MAY 23, 2013 8:30-5:00 AND FRIDAY, MAY 24, 2013 8:30-2:00 |
